Organization Structure and Major Functions by Team

Safety Planning
and Management
Division
  • Conduct on-site instructions, inspection and status analysis of general and LMO research facilities
  • Conduct status analysis of general research facilities, and organize and operate an accident investigation team
  • Manage LMO safety for export, import, production and distribution
  • Evaluate and select best safety management facilities among general and LMO research facilities
Business and
Policy Division
  • Improve general and LMO Act and regulations and safety management standards
  • Support safety management policy development and creation and revision of law
  • Support external affairs that involve the government, national assembly, regional research safety centers, etc.
  • Conduct business management and production and management of internal regulations
Education and Academics Team
  • Develop safety education programs and content
  • Develop online and offline education materials on LMO and laboratory safety
  • Develop and manage assignment projects on LMO and laboratories
  • Research and collect information on the latest research and safety management trends at home and abroad
Culture and
Information Team
  • Operate and maintain Information System on LMO
  • Operate and maintain Laboratory Safety Information Network
  • Expand culture for safety management of laboratories and LMO (workshops, contests, etc.)
  • Operate PR funds and plan and produce PR publications
