Reporting of Closure of Research Facilities
The closure of reported or permitted LMO research facilities should be reported to the Ministry of Science and ICT(MSIT).
- In case that the reported research facility does no longer conduct LMO-related research
- In case that the existing research facility is no longer used due to relocation of the research facility
- In case that LMO research is closed due to retirement of the research director, etc.
※ Penalty: Persons who fail to submit Reporting of Closure shall face a fine of KRW 1 million.
