Permission for Research Facilities
Persons, who intend to install and operate, among research facilities that develop or conduct experiment using LMO, Safety Management Level 3 or Level 4 research facilities, should request permission from the Ministry of Science and ICT(MSIT).
- Safety Management Level 3,4 research facilities that pose risk to the environment are subject to requesting permission from the Ministry of Science and ICT(MSIT).
- and Safety Management Level3,4 facilities that pose risk to the human body are subject to requesting permission from the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW).
