Permission for Facilities
Reporting of Change of Permission for Research Facilities
Persons, who have obtained permission for installation and operation of Level 3 or Level 4 LMO research facilities that pose risk to the environment and intend to change minor details(*) of the permission, should submit report the change to the Minister of Science, ICT and Future Planning.
- * Minor details include the following:
- Name and address of the research facility
- Name of the representative and operator of the research facility
- Name of the biosafety management director
